In 2023, after two years of record growth, Boréal is focusing on consolidating its achievements and internal processes. The company is establishing a new management committee, implementing quarterly internal tracking tools, and improving its construction processes. A revamp of the mission, vision, and a cultural shift is taking place to solidify the organization’s foundations. The team is now stronger and collaborates more effectively than ever.
Following the 2019 investment plans, Boréal acquired a new state-of-the-art cutting equipment, the K2i, in 2023 to continue optimizing production. Now, two factories, among the most efficient in the industry, produce and cut our flagship product, the Thermolog.
